Granular breadcumbs machine line is a high-efficiency, fully automated production system engineered to convert raw flour/starch (wheat, rice, corn, etc.) into consistent, high-quality breadcrumbs — including granular crumbs, acicular/needle crumbs, flake crumbs, or panko-style crumbs. Typical Process Flow

Raw material (flour/starch + water/additives) → Mixer → Screw Conveyor → Twin-Screw Extruder → Cutting/Shaping → Grinding (or Crumbing) → Grading/Screening
Depending on the configuration, the line can produce various crumb types (granular, flake, needle, panko) by adjusting extrusion/shaping, grinding/crushing, and screening parameters.

Mixer: Blends raw materials (flour, starch, water, optional additives) into a homogeneous mix/dough, ensuring uniform base for extrusion.

Screw Conveyor (Feeder): Convey the mixed dough reliably to the extruder, avoiding leaks or dust and ensuring stable feeding.

Twin-Screw Extruder: Core of the line — under controlled pressure, heat and screw-motion, transforms dough into expanded strips/pieces suitable for crumb production. This ensures even cooking/gelatinizing of starches/flours.

Cutter / Shaping Machine: Cuts or shapes the extruded material to consistent lengths/sizes before further processing — for uniform crumb final product.

Grinder / Crumbing Machine: Converts shaped/extruded pieces into crumb forms — flakes, granules, needles, or panko-like crumbs depending on settings.

Grading / Screening Machine (Sizer / Vibrating Sifter): Sorts crumbs by particle size, removes undesired fines or oversized pieces — producing uniform, market-ready breadcrumbs.
