1.Flour Mixer: Combines raw materials such as corn flour, wheat flour, and rice flour with a precise amount of water, ensuring uniform and thorough mixing.
2.Screw Feeder: Transfers the mixed materials into the feeding hopper of the food extruder machine efficiently.
3.Extruder: Processes raw materials by subjecting them to high temperature and pressure, forcing the product through molds to achieve the desired shape and texture. Different configurations can be set to produce various snack products.
4.Air Conveyor: Utilizes wind power to transport materials to the oven. Different air conveyor configurations are available based on the specific product requirements.
5.Multi-Layer Oven: Primarily electric, with temperature control ranging from room temperature to 120℃ via a control cabinet. It features a double-layer stainless steel mesh belt, with adjustable baking times depending on the speed. Available in three-layer, five-layer, and seven-layer models.
6.Auto Flavoring Line: Includes options such as octagonal drums, single drums, and double drums for seasoning application. Depending on production capacity and product characteristics, additional equipment for oil spraying, sugar coating, and other flavoring processes is available.
