Complete Process Description (With Machines)
1.Mixing Process
Raw materials such as corn flour, potato starch, rice flour, and seasonings are mixed with water in the mixer machine to form uniform dough. Proper mixing ensures stable extrusion and consistent product quality.
2. Extrusion & Shaping
The dough enters the extrusion machine, where it is cooked under high temperature and pressure. The cooked material is forced through a die to form shapes like curls, rings, or chips. Sudden pressure release causes expansion, creating a light and crispy texture.
3.Drying / Oven Cooking
Freshly extruded snacks pass through the **dryer oven machine**, which removes excess moisture and improves crispness. Multi-zone drying ensures even heating and prevents burning or deformation.
4. Flavoring & Coating
Dried snacks are transferred into the **flavoring machine** (rotary drum or tumbler). Oil and powdered seasoning (cheese, BBQ, chili, salt, etc.) are evenly coated onto the snack surface.
5. Cooling & Packaging
After flavoring, snacks are cooled to room temperature and then packed automatically into bags or pouches for storage and sale.
