Animal feed extruder is specifically designed for producing compound feeds for farm animals, poultry, and domestic pets. The extruder is capable of processing grains and cereals like wheat, rye, corn, barley, amaranth, triticale, as well as legumes such as peas and lupins.

Raw materials are supplied from the feed hopper to the extruder’s working chamber using a vibrating feeder. The amount of material fed into the chute is controlled by adjusting the frequency of the feeder’s vibrations. A magnetic separator is installed in the chute to capture any metal particles. Inside the working chamber, the material is compressed and shaped through a forming die.
