Key Components & Workflow

1.Raw Material Mixer
High-efficiency industrial mixer thoroughly blends all raw ingredients — such as corn, soybean meal, rice bran, fish meal, wheat flour, and nutrients — ensuring uniform nutrition and consistent pellet quality before extrusion.

2.Twin-Screw Extrusion Machine
The core of the line, the twin-screw extruder uses high temperature, pressure, and shear to cook and form raw materials into well-structured pellets. By adjusting temperature, moisture, and mold dies, you can produce pellets with specific diameter and density to match dietary needs of different aquatic species.

3.Dryer / Oven Machine

4.Conveying & Auxiliary Systems
