Cheetos Extruder, kurkure and Cheetos are unique extruded snacks that are known for their exceptional crunch and delicious taste. These snacks are produced through a specialized extrusion process. Corn grits are first moistened in a flour mixer with water and then fed into a rotary head extruder. Inside the extruder, the corn grits are compressed and twisted by two rotating plates, forming them into curl shapes. Cutting knives then trim the curls to the desired length. The snacks are either fried in cooking oil or baked in an oven before being cooled. Finally, they are coated with seasoning to create a variety of appealing flavors. Thanks to their delightful taste and nutritional value, they are highly popular among consumers.

d) Cooling Belt Conveyor
Cools down the fried Kurkure, lowering their temperature before packaging.

Applies the desired seasoning to the cooled, fried Kurkure to create various flavors.

f) Automated Packing Machine
Packs the Kurkure into visually appealing, printed pouches with gas flushing to maintain freshness.
