Corn Puff Process Overview:

Raw Material Mixing → Feeding → Puffing Machine → Drying

1.Powder Mixer: Combines powdered raw materials with nutritional additives and a specified amount of water.

2.Feeding Machine: Transports the mixed raw materials to the puffing machine’s feeding hopper.

3.Twin-Screw Puffer: The mixed raw material enters a high-temperature and high-pressure puffing system to produce puffed granules.

4.Air Conveyor: Moves the granules to the drying oven.

5.Multi-Layer Oven or Microwave Drying Equipment: Removes excess moisture while simultaneously sterilizing the product.
