Mixing → extrusion → shaping/cutting → frying → flavoring → cooling → packing

*Mixer & Screw Conveyor — Blends raw materials (flour, starches, water, optional additives) evenly to form a uniform dough base.

*Extrusion Machine (Extruder) — The heart of the system: a twin-screw (or single-screw) extruder kneads and cooks the dough under pressure, forcing it through a die plate to form a continuous extrudate. This process gelatinizes starch and readies the dough for shaping.

*Shape Cutter / Forming Unit** — After extrusion, the continuous extrudate is cut or shaped into the desired snack form: “crispy corners,” chips, triangles, pillows, strips, and other 2D/3D shapes — simply by changing moulds or cutters.
