The extruder’s chamber is built with modular blocks, each independently temperature-controlled and equipped with heating and cooling channels. Depending on user needs, it can utilize steam or electric heating, with automatic temperature regulation.

The extruder’s main motor, feeder, cutter, and liquid feed system all feature variable frequency speed adjustment, while the extruder system is PLC-controlled, with a touch screen interface for intuitive operation.

The screw is designed as a modular structure, made from a specialized high-strength, wear-resistant alloy. Using a fully meshed, three-dimensional design, CNC processing ensures precise surface finishing and self-cleaning. The core shaft uses an involute spline key for high torque transmission, making screw assembly and disassembly convenient.
