Typical Process Flow

Raw material (flour/starch + water/additives) → Mixer → Screw Conveyor → Twin-Screw Extruder → Cutting/Shaping → Grinding (or Crumbing) → Grading/Screening
Depending on the configuration, the line can produce various crumb types (granular, flake, needle, panko) by adjusting extrusion/shaping, grinding/crushing, and screening parameters.

Mixer: Blends raw materials (flour, starch, water, optional additives) into a homogeneous mix/dough, ensuring uniform base for extrusion.

Screw Conveyor (Feeder): Convey the mixed dough reliably to the extruder, avoiding leaks or dust and ensuring stable feeding.
