1.Mixer Machine
The raw material mixer is the first critical component. It evenly blends konjac flour, rice flour, broken grain, and any added vitamins or minerals with water and liquid ingredients. This ensures raw materials are fully homogenized before extrusion, which improves product texture and consistency.

2.Extrusion Machine (Twin/Screw Extruder)
The heart of the line is the extrusion system. Using advanced screw extrusion technology, the mixed ingredients are cooked, gelatinized, and formed into rice-like shapes under controlled high temperature and pressure. Molds of various shapes enable production of konjac rice with tailored shapes and specifications. Extrusion also allows for fortified nutrition inclusion and improved product structure. 

3.Dryer Oven Machine
The formed konjac rice moves into the dryer oven system, which dehydrates the product to the desired moisture content for shelf stability. The dryer oven offers adjustable temperature and belt speed controls to achieve uniform drying while preserving color, texture, and nutritional value.
