It combines mixing, extrusion,  drying (oven) — providing a turnkey solution for food-grade pellets, puff pellets, miro pellets, or other extruded products.

Versatile raw materials — Accepts a wide range of starch-based and grain-based inputs such as corn flour, wheat flour, potato starch, cassava starch, and more.

High automation and stable performance— The system runs continuously, uses automated mixing, conveying, extrusion, drying, and optional downstream processing (e.g. frying or flavoring depending on the variant).

Controlled extrusion process— The extruder applies precise high-pressure and/or high-temperature processing to gelatinize starches, denature proteins (if applicable), and form consistent pellets with uniform texture and density.

Drying / Oven  — After extrusion and shaping, pellets are dried to reduce moisture and stabilize the product, allowing for long shelf life and safe storage.
