Production Flow

1.Raw Material Mixing
Durable industrial mixer blends defatted soy flour, soybean meal, peanut meal, wheat gluten and other ingredients into a uniform base blend.

2. Feeding & Conveying
Screw conveyors automatically transfer mixed raw material to the extrusion unit, ensuring smooth, continuous processing.

3. Twin-Screw Extrusion
High-speed twin-screw extruder cooks and texturizes the protein under controlled heat and pressure to create layered, fibrous structures that mimic meat texture.

4. Air Conveyor to Oven/Dryer
Extruded products are transported via air conveyor to the drying oven or multi-layer dryer where moisture is reduced and texture stabilized.

5. Drying & Cooling
Dryer/oven systems remove excess moisture, followed by a cooling conveyor for temperature stabilization before packaging.
