This fully-integrated line combines mixing, extrusion, drying (or frying/oven), flavor-coating and packaging capability to deliver uniform, crunchy, flavourful snacks with minimal downtime.

1.Raw Material Mixing: Wheat flour and optional cereals or starches (corn, rice, tapioca) are blended with water and additives in the mixer until uniform.
2. Feeding & Conveying: The mixed dough is fed via screw conveyor or elevator into the extruder feed hopper, ensuring stable and continuous supply.
3. Extrusion & Expansion: Inside the twin-screw extruder, the dough is subjected to high temperature and pressure; upon exiting the die the sudden pressure drop causes the snack to puff/expand.
4. Cutting / Shaping: The extrudate is cut to length or shaped via mould into the desired snack form (sticks, rings, bugles etc).
5. Drying / Frying / Baking: The shaped snack is dried in an oven or baked/fried in a fryer to remove moisture, set crispness and extend shelf life.
6. Flavoring / Seasoning: The crisp snack enters the flavouring line where oil/spray seasonings are applied in a tumbling drum or seasoning machine, ensuring uniform coating.
7. Cooling & Packaging: After flavouring, the product is cooled (to avoid moisture uptake) and then packaged.
