Inside the extruder, high heat and pressure from the screws cause the meal to heat up and lose moisture. The mixture then passes through a die and is cut into desired lengths by cutting knives. After being fried in cooking oil, the Kurkure are cooled before seasoning, which is sprayed on to enhance their flavor.

1. Flour Mixer with Feeder: This equipment mixes corn meal with water to prepare the flour for Kurkure. The mixture is then transferred from the mixer to the rotary head extruder for Kurkure snacks.
2.Rotary Head Extruder: This machine cooks the corn meal and extrudes the Kurkure through a die. The rotary die twists and curls the meal, creating a uniform texture.
3.Feeding Elevator: This device transfers the corn curls from the extruder to the rotary sieve.
4.Rotary Sieve: This equipment removes fines or small particles produced during the extrusion process.
5.Continuous Frying System with Heat Exchanger: This system fries the Kurkure in hot cooking oil, ensuring uniform frying that enhances their crunchy taste.
6.De-Oiling Belt: This belt removes excess oil from the corn curls after frying.
7.Linear Feeder: This device is used to feed the corn curls into the automatic seasoning system.
8.Automatic Seasoning System with Slurry System: This system adds the required seasoning to the fried and cooled Kurkure, giving them a variety of flavors.
